our first house

We are buying our first house !!! YAY

we should close on the 19th if not sooner,

the Yard needs work but the inside is NEW... New carpet, tile, counter tops, range, microwave & dishwasher!

its a three bedroom, one bath and the garage was turned into a room that we are going ot use as a play room.
